FM104 - Podcasting

Fm104 now podcast clips from the strawberry alarm clock and the phoneshow. They only tell you how to get the podcast from iTunes, but i dont want to install it. Is there any way to find out the feed of the podcast? Or could someone open iTunes and tell me the feed?

The FAQ on iTunes and podcasting states:
"Does iTunes support the serving of podcasts?

No. The iTunes Music Store podcast directory will only contain references to the RSS feeds available on a podcaster’s website. A podcaster must be running web-server software in order to host their podcast. When a user subscribes to a podcast through the iTunes Music Store, iTunes accesses the podcaster’s RSS feed and downloads the enclosed audio files directly from the podcaster’s website."

So i suppose it cant be too hard to discover the RSS feed of the show.

    UPDATE
: I gave and downloaded iTunes, doing so, I've discovered the feed. Find it here: http://homepage.mac.com/starsky_13/podcast.xml .

Hmmm... just looking iTunes now... I can't see any way of grabbing the address of the RSS feed.

It's a bit much to expect listeners to install iTunes on their computer, that's just to force them onto the iTunes chart.

My station has 1000's of subscribers to it's feed, but it doesn't feature on the chart there as I have nice web interface set up for the podcasts so you don't need iTunes.

if you do a quick google search you'll find smaller (and nicer) "podcast catching" software out there. on the other hand, if you just open the RSS file for the podcast it should contain the address for the mp3 in there

EDIT: scratch that, just looked at the FM104 site and they don't even link the RSS feed on there! (also their site looks horribly unprofessional IMO)

iTunes doesn't use the standard rss feeds that the podcasts are originally sent out on, Apple modifies and moderates the feed (and sometimes puts censor warnings on the individual podcasts or the entire feed), and then puts it up on their own in-house system. Which makes things difficult when podcasters don't bother telling you how you can access the feed outside of iTunes.

    Is this still updated please?

The last podcast I downloaded off here was at the end of July?

Anyone have any current links to the FM104 podcasts?
I refuse to install Itunes - am currently using Juice which
is fine for BBC and Today FM podcasts.
