Em..does anyone else think this is absolutely outrageous? Not so much the development...but the lack of planning or infrastructure involved. There will be two roads into the development, and the area is already completely congested. This is going to result in mayhem. And this is only half the course being built on. I really don't see the roads in the area coping with this

Adamstown. 10,000 houses. Most will have two cars, most of the commuters will have to use or cross the linear car parks known as the galway road/M50/naas

    Current infrastructure
    - North 20 minutes to Galway road + 30 minutes to M50
    - West takes you to the Spa Hotel eventually ( as featured on to AA roadwatch )
    - South Stop/Go one way traffic over a single lane bridge over the canal.
    - East - Clondalkin ( that's when the new road is built )

In Dun Laoghaire, people have some local jobs and public transport. Adamstown may have a train station, but I'm not sure how people will get there. We are not as bad as americans where they won't walk more than 300m but we are getting there.

^^@Funkstard: Perhaps if it included a 25 story appt. block or two you'd be all in favour of it?:D
