Recommend a garage in North Dublin?

    I need to drop my car in to be fixed. Does anyone know anywhere good where I can get it fixed in Dublin 15 or general vicinity? Price isn't a major issue, it's at a rearender's expense, though I don't want a load of dragged out hassle/cowboy job either.

    Am I better off going to somewhere that deals in my make of car, or is any garage just as good?

    It sounds like you are looking for an accident repairer rather than a garage. Most garages will farm out their work to specialist accident repair centres anyway.

    You could try The Accident Repair Centre in Tallaght - 1800 423 227 - highly recommended.


    There is also Soraghan's in Castleknock - 01 838 0333 - can't comment on their work as I have no experience of it.

    Hmm, getting back to Blanchardstown from Tallaght by public transport doesn't sound pleasant :)

    I'll see if they're open tomorrow though, if so I might go for it and get the Luas back to the city. If not, I'll try and get the car to Soraghans before they close this evening.
