Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Phone Busted

I bought a new phone less then a month ago (meteor) and it seems to be busted (probably from one too many drops). It has difficulty turning on, staying on, accepting my pin, accepting my sim and getting coverage.
I can't find my receipt either.

Anybody know if meteor will be of any help?

Damaged caused by user neglegence ("one too many drops") doesn't sound like a valid reason for Meteor to help you.

Send it away to MPRC and they'll fix it for you.

I know, but they don't have to know that.
And I was wondering if anybody had more info on their returns/warranty policies.

There is a large possibility Meteors repair company will open your phone up and see the physical damage and return it as BER- Beyond Economical Repair.

Try to not drop your phone, it invalidates your warrenty! If you dropped your tellivision you wouldnt want it fixed for free.
