Smallest HD Ready TV?

I wondering whats the smallest HD-Ready tv you could buy? Or does it matter what size it is? Im pretty sure it does because theres a lowest standard res on HDR right? And does anybody know the best place to buy a television online? CRT or Flat.

HDTV is not benefical on any TV less than say 32" IMHO
As regards TV online prices, please use the search facility, generally a thread on this every few days
