Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm SO fed up with 3 Customer Services now! Why can't they just have a call centre in Ireland? They're a bunch of Indian idiots (on 3Pay at least)!

    i know i sent a txt last week and it sent 22 times!! i had to hang up on the person that i talked to cause he just kept repeating himself... think ill be back to meteor come august

    yes ive heard many bad things about these indian ones but as for the scotish ones on bill pay i can't complain there very helpful
    its a shame for the people on 3pay
