Overclocking 6200 ?

    I have a nvidia 6200 and I was just wondering is there anyway I can get an extra bit of juice outa this card by over clocking ?

    If I can how would I go about it !?

    NVIDIA drivers contain a built in overclocking tool that is revealed by using the coolbits registry tweak.

    Alternatively you can also use RivaTuner to do the overclocking as well.

    On a final note there was a limited run of 6200's that really were 6600 parts with some functions disabled these could be re-enabled with RivaTuner.

    See what kind of chip RivaTuner reports it as if it is a NV43 then you are in luck.

    Use rivatuner. its a deadly prog. can monitor temps and control fanspeeds with it. loads of questions/probs answered on this forum:

    no i was wondering about the size of it, whether it was half the height of normal graphics card. Ye need these for small form factor p.c.s.

    If it uses turbo cache technologie, by overclocking your computers system ram you are overclocking ram that the card is using so it should be faster.

    Probably no real point overclocking the 6200 anyway....
