I can't find it (the forum that is), it's not under the society tab.

If I search for my previous posts I can get in that way, but its not the most direct route.

    Yes, I am a subscriber.

Click on Soc. Then you'll see it...

Personal Issues and LGB are gone from the Soc dropdown menu too.

They're both on the Soc page still though.

Yeah, thats my problem. Normally I just run the mouse over the header and a drop down menu appears with the various forums.

Yea, they don't seem to be listed in the Soc drop-down anymore.

Also, I saw a link to a Doctor Demento post on the frontpage just now.. private forum, I don't have access.

Fixed that problem with Private forums.

Is there some reason they've been taken out of the dropdown?

An error in my SQL - fixing now...

Hmmm this query is a bit trickier than I thought - for now, just click on Soc - I'll fix it as soon as I can.

Take your time, we can still get at it.

TBH I'm amazed no one has attempted to make an immature joke about it.

I think this is probably totally irrelevant, but it couldn't be anything to do with the "&" in the new wedding & marriage forum? - seems to be the only forum with an ampersand in it...

Not any more ;) I removed that &.

I'll fix the menu so it shows forums that subscribers can read now.

Ws the "&" a problem, or was I way off course?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,049 ✭✭✭Cloud

No it wasn't a problem, just offended my naming scheme. The problem was that I was showing forums that registered users can access, only subscribers can see S/S so I had to code it in to be added to the menu...

    (fp1.usergroupid = 2 OR fp2.usergroupid = 23) AND fp1.forumpermissions & 1)
