    Hi Guys

    Does anyone have a spreadsheet or similar with a project plan of their build that they could share. I need this for budget and project management.

    for an outline of project schedules etc etc try

    www.iaosb.com (irish association of self builders) very informative
    site that would provide the basis for a bill of quantities, i'd recommend you
    go to your architect to do this for you as you'll need a certified copy
    for your mortgage application.

    Cost for bill of quantities is approx 400Euro but all depends on the
    method of construction, design etc
