    Hi
We have a deep well with
    A Pentax CAB pump
    Square D Pumptrol Switch
    Bladder Tank

The problem we are getting is if you are using continous water such as a hose pipe or jetwash after a while the water cuts out and you have to wait a while before the pump kicks in. I have played around with the pressure switch which seemed to improve it but its still not right.

Whats the correct procedure for setting up this system.

The Gauge is in Bar and seems to be reading about 8 Bar when running.
It can go down to 0 Bar without the pump cutting in.

    Thanks
    Mark

Switch off pump, undo the Square D pressure switch, loosen the nyloc nuts on both springs and then re-tighten larger spring nut 4 or five turns until spring starts to compress, tightening small spring to keep it under slight compression.

Run pump until it clicks off at high pressure. Note pressure and add two turns of main spring nut to bring pressure up to about 45 to 55 psi when running pump / emptying hose, keeping small spring under minor compression with a few more turns.
