Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just tried combinations of prepaid/postpaid/new customer, all seem to work ok.

Are you trying the vodafone.co.uk site by any chance? UK mobile numbers begin with 07 and contain 11 digits. The Irish site is www.vodafone.ie.

It works, Ive just tested it myself, what kind of error are you getting?

PM with a screenshot of your error if you prefer?

Standard things apply around handling of popups, you are going to need to allow 'www.vodafone.ie' and maybe 'ics.vodafone.ie. to open a new window

I've used the vodafone.ie contact form successfully about 5 times in the past 4 weeks...

Just email care@vodafone.ie instead - it all goes to the same address.
