Hey, I´m pretty sure this is the right place to ask for help so here goes I´m looking to start a small business selling to the public. The business will be from my home address so no business address properly. I also want it to have a name eg Coca Cola, and I want to be able to have a bank account with the companies name…

Hey, I´m pretty sure this is the right place to ask for help so here goes

I´m looking to start a small business selling to the public. The business will be from my home address so no business address properly. I also want it to have a name eg Coca Cola, and I want to be able to have a bank account with the companies name sio cheques can be made out to it. I need to keep the costs low as I don´t want tospend hundreds on lawyers fews and the like before I´m actually profiting

OK my questions are as follows...

1.What type of company should it be...Limited,sole trader etc

2.How do I apply to be VAT registered so I can claim it back
