Decking costings - big project - quality stuff - what de ye think?

    How much do you think, minimum, for a decking job, details;

    Old skanky decking 500 square foot with corrugated half blown off roof, all has to come out, remove wood etc. Built in last year by 2 cowboys all has to come out, and re-site oil tank elsewhere, was stacked and boarded up at the back of decking. Won't give full details on how bad they were, these skank meister deckers, but they were really bad!

    New decking costings and roofing please. - 500 square foot of decking, 25 foot by 20 foot, fitted in corner of house, using all tannalised 4x2 sub frame, 2 inch thick by 6" wide deckin planks, post, rail and spindles on 2 sides, 8 lots of 4x3 upright 8 foot posts supporting roof structure.

    Roof to be 500 square foot of polycarbonate double skin 16mm UV tinted panels supported 700 mm centres with tannalised pine rounded beams, to look nice. Maybe extra centre post to spread weight of two equally spaced 6x2 beams running 25 foot length of deck holding all pine beams up and linked by cross strutt between two beams to centre post.

    Then another 250 square foot of same roofing on another part of decking not being taken out, all posts in place, just series of pine beams to fit over 25 foot by 10 foot section and one 6x2 cross beam supporting them.

    Wiring for four equally spaced lights under all of roofing area, plus outside socket. Lead flashing where roof panels meet house along 50 foot of a run.

    About ten boxes of 15 euro decktite decking screws, and several boxes of thicker, longer screws for all sub frame and roofing beam work.

    Build new block supports for oil tank elswhere, 20 foot run of oil pipe. Extra 12 decking planks or so to face off front and sides of new decking and other part of old decking top and bottom.

    Extra 40 foot of rail and spindles on other part of decking to be kept to match new part.

    Right, off the top of yer head give us a cost, materials and labour, what de ye think? Answers for range of lowest prices for material and labour from good nixer workers / polish etc and moderate prices of both from average firms please.
