Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What position does this Daniel Alves play? Im nearly sure its right back? From what i have seen he looks very good and he wont be arriving at anfield to sit on the bench.
Alves is being signed for the right wing.

Why didnt Brazil bring Serginho? I Thaught he had a much better season than Carlos. Is he retired from International?

Roberto Carlos has been the model left back.

Danny Murphy or a player of that quality is the type of player that a modern full back should be.

Teek tough in defence and able to overlap the right midfielder.

Do you mean Danny Mills? I thought Danny Murphy was a midfielder?

just off the top of my head

LB - meaning left backs, which Sagnol is definitely not and Pessotto is played there occasionally, he plays right back mostly. Look at tonights team sheets for confirmation of Sagnols postition. God brown sauce is lovely on a oul prawn sandwich....

This is surely a typo, though if your thinking of Danny Mills its probably better off leaving it as it is

Sorry mix up with the mini men...hold my hands up wrong there. but not mixin pessotto with perrotta, pessotto is the one with the personal problems lately and is gettin on now, and perrotta is more of a winger. Pessotto played RB mostly, and Lizarazu World Class, maybe I'll give you that but Irwin can be comparable to him. Whats with the anger/attitude man? Do you get upset very easily or is the ABU in you? Jaysus its a dicussion forum, and Ive a sneaky feelin that alot would agree with me about Denis. Im gonna leave it on this note - Denis Irwin was an excellent player, and Finnan will never be as good. Jaap Stam similar to McGrath I dont think so. But you're entitled to your opinion. Love the smart comments though. Your a legend. you most look back on your posts and say how great you are. But gotta disagree with the whole Finnan and Stam stuff. I love you.
