Best Route for cycling Dublin - Dungarvan (WFD)?

Cycling home end of August in two stages. Staying off motorways, what would be the best route? Looking at map, heading to Rathnew and New Ross direction looks quickest. Does anyone know about the roads in between?

Try AA Routeplanner. It has an "Avoid Motorways" option.
