Unbanning users not working

Have unbanned kensutz from Soccer but says he still cant access the forum. Would this have anything to do with the changes during the week? kdjac

He was banned from forum 151: Sports-Soccer-Soccer but you unbanned him from forum 680: Sports-Soccer.

I've unbanned him now.

The only other user set to access allowed on that forum is Drapper and he isn't banned from Soccer-Soccer.
