When you get an A- it is worth 3.8

When you have your 6 subjects you add them together so 3.6 + 3.8 +...+...

Then you divide by 6 which usually gives an odd number for example 3.77

Then you go to page 7 where it says the Honours classification which is

    1st Class honours - 3.68
    2.1 - 3.08 - 3.67
    2.2 - 2.48 - 3.07
    Pass - 2.0 - 2.47

Is there any rewards or anything for if you get a good GPA?

There are Academic Achievement Scholarship Awards to be had for coming top of your class in 2nd year. There might be the same for 3rd year as well, not sure.

Commerce have scholarships for 1st year and 2nd year results. And then some individual subjects have awards sponsored prizes by the Big 4 for the top grades

If you look 4 post above yours to post 32 you will see that a 3.24 is a 2.1 so yes, it is a good average :)
