Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No, it'll run 32 bit code just fine.

Have 2 buy Xp-pro anyway for new rig. Will 64bit be of any advantage to me. Plan to put off install of Vista as long as i can cos its gonna be such a hog.

Well i know from server 2003 64 bit that some drivers are impossible to get for 64 bit right now.. and some software does not run either.

Better off running with 32-bit code, for the above-mentioned drivers issues.

You can't purchase XP 64bit through normal distribution either mind you.

I have XP Pro 64bit running at home... urgh it's a pain. I recommend you just stick to plain 'ol 32... :) XP Pro 64bit is actually just a modified Windows Server 2003

Must admit I quite like X64, but drivers are an issue, especially from Logitech. No webcams & the Bluetooth on my DiNovo is invisible to all but my keyboard and mouse.

I haven't had any driver issues on my machine to be honest yet. Believe it or not, it even plays World of Warcraft :D
