utv internet dns down ?

Lo all anyone else with this problem?

UTV's DNS is down and I couldn't get through to their helpline earlier (its obviously too late now).

Anyone know the address for a generic proxy server?

Thier cache server was down although it was reporting itself as up.

I switched over to NI WWW Cache and it came back. Although it appears to be back now.
