The Degree Parchment

i got a form of DIT (Graduation entry form) and it wants my name that i will use on the Degree Parchment. Do you include your middle name in that ie. Gary Brian Stevens or just Gary Stevens? Dunno what to put what did you guys put?

So does anybody actually know/ What did you put down. I know its not a big deal but id prefer for it to be correct after all the work i put in getting it

The certificates/diplomas I have are just Firstname Lastname - I'd imagine it's personal choice. Have you contacted the college to ask them what they would recommend?
