Anyone get credit from NTL for recent problems

A few people mentioned they had been told they would have a credit put on their account for the problems last month(when it was very unstable for a week or more). I was told this but was onto accounts yesterday(about something different) and wasl told there was no credit on my account and that technicians or customer…

A few people mentioned they had been told they would have a credit put on their account for the problems last month(when it was very unstable for a week or more).

I was told this but was onto accounts yesterday(about something different) and wasl told there was no credit on my account and that technicians or customer service was unable to do this.

She also said I would only get a credit(If i got one) for the actual downtime.
