Are there any examples of a simplistic model online? Typically whats included? I'm thinking schedule of works, fee agreed,…

Hi all, I have started a business in construction and will be doing renovation work and the like. Does anyone know of the situation with contracts. For a new client, how do I draught one up? Are there any examples of a simplistic model online? Typically whats included? I'm thinking schedule of works, fee agreed, materials,?
Also, as a limited company do I need to enter contracts with every client, or just ones where the work would be over €10000 or so and more than a few weeks? The rest I just write up an invoice and receipt?
