Eircom bills still arriving

I was with UTVip for 2 yrs, and now I'm with Gaelic telecom, but I am still getting bills from Eircom for €0.00. What's up with that? Are Eircom just billing everyone on their database, regardless of whether the account is active? It seems like an awful waste of paper and time.
