    Hey there,
    I don't usually post here, but I thought this might be of interest to any parent looking for their kids to have fun and learn self-defence skills. Its open to any kids within the age group, they don't have to have any sporting experience.

    The summer camp is back for another week of fun for kids! We aim to provide kids with a total martial arts experience, taught through sports-specific games. Not only will it be beneficial, it will be FUN!

    The nature of the camp means that it will be suitable for total beginners right through to our most experienced kids.

    Monday July 31st to Friday August 4th
    Hours: 10am to 2pm each day
    Price: €65.
    Included:
    • Male and Female coaches
    • Exclusive Summer Camp T-Shirt,
    • 5 days training,
    • Summer Camp Certificate,
    • Final day party
    Required:
    • Light lunch,
    • bottle of water,
    • shorts/t-shirt or martial arts suit.
    Age limits: 4 years of age up to 13 years of age. (attendees will be divided into age groups each day)
