Hi there,
I am not sure if this was discussed already but I have been thinking about having cosmetic surgery for a while now.I am very flat chested and I have been very self concious about it for years.I am 25 years old and would like to have it done next year.
I am only a 30-32 B and thats when I am at my heaviest.I am slight every where ( size 6-8) except my ass ( lol ) and feel that implants would give me a bit more confidence.I only want to be a C cup to balance my ass hahaha.( its a biggy):p

I am just looking for recommendations from people.Where and who did it.Cost.And if anyone has gone abroad to have it done.
Also I really dont want that Posh spice look .Her breasts look way too far apart and very fake,like they were stuck on on the outside!

Many guys will say they perfer real boobs to fake, but generally this means they would perfer a really good set of real boobs to a really good set of fake ones. But would they perfer an average set of real boobs, to a nice set of fake ones? I think not! Of course, nothing substitues the real thing, but great boobs are great boobs, who cares if they are natural or not!

If you are very self concious and thin that a boob job would help with your confidence, then I say go for it. It really can help a lot, especially if
I may be a guy, but trust me I know a lot about boob jobs. I spent a few months overseas living and working with strippers, many of whom had surgery, the others generally were thinking about it, and boobs was definitely the most popular topic of conversation. I was around it for months so I pretty much heard everything...

Do your research on the net and find out Everything you can before you do anything. Beware though there are plenty of horror stories, but if you know what your doing its perfectly safe. The procedures and materials are very advances nowadays compared to 5 years ago.

It might be best for you to go for a 'Teardrop' shape, looks much more natural - not like the posh spice look. yuk. Believe it or not they have names and serial numbers, the ones I remember being popular are the Megahne 410's (I think the spelling is wrong sorry...).

You have several options for where they make the incision during the procedure: Under the breast, around the areola, or under your armpit. The first two generally leave scars, generally very small but most girls are still unhappy. Watch any low budget porno movie to see how horrible it can look.
I belive the latter is the best as they cut right in the crease of your armpit and you really cannot see any scar at all.

They generally say find what size you want, and then go 10 or 20 cc's bigger. A lot of girls end up going back again and get them bigger again, best off to get it right first time. (Then again these girls were strippers!). My personal advice is to try to ge them to match your figure, look as 'proportinate' as possible.

You may find it hard to believe but Thailand is one of the best places in the world to get breast implants - they have excellent surgons over there (all the ladyboys etc) and it is also great value. For the same price as getting them done here, you can get a holiday to Thailand and a suitcase full of new clothes to show of your new purchase. Makes sense.

The procedure is very quick, you'll go in in the morning and home in the afternoon. Some girls say it hurts like hell and other say its not bad at all. Anyway its not sore for long, and 'No Pain, No Gain' as they say.

Im a 32a-b cant grasp why anyone would want to get fakes. Im a little pear shaped - 10 on bottom and size 8 on top but I just couldnt get a boob job though - id hate to have fake boobs they rarely look natural and they have to be replaced every 15 years (or so I heard)

Eh, I think think of a hundred reasons: guys love boobies, they fantasic, and big ones are better. You'd get loads more attention, you look better in clothes and dresses etc etc etc.

As I said before they have got so much more advances in recent years, you'd be so surprised how many women have fake boobs ad you would not know. The teardrop shape looks very natural and the new types are way softer and don't feel hard and unnatural like silicon did...

I'm a guy, and I much prefer a small pair (b cup is perfect). Pert is far nicer than flabby/saggy.

Different strokes for different folks, but most guys I know don't care. If you've a boys chest consider it, but otherwise, I wouldn't if I was you.

Some guys like big breasts. Some don't. And others don't care either way.

Also,I have fairly small breasts and I get plenty of attention and look fantastic in "dresses etc.",thank you. Plus,some people just don't need attention to be confident and satisfied. They are perfectly secure with themselves.

That said,I don't really have a problem with plastic surgery. OP,I think there's a place in Donneybrook that do implants. Near Herbert Park or something.

Well I have to admit I am a boob man, with a preference for slightly larger ones, but then again, shape and feel is more important than size.

Of course guys look at you more, but take this from a girl with massive breasts on a size 10-12 frame, that is not generally a good thing! I have always had big boobs i'm an e cup and I can't understand why anyone would want theirs bigger. It's a pity you can't donate unwanted boobs because i'd swap you!

When it comes to big breasts to quote your man up there yes guys love boobies but trust me, after a while (years of comments and very few are original or funny) you just want to scream I HAVE A BLOODY FACE TOO! Honestly, they say if you've got it flaunt it, well from my experience I have massive ones and I prefer to keep them under wraps, it saves a whole lot of unwanted attention, though that said even polo necks don't deter most guys from staring.

Be happy with your little ones, you won't stretch every top you ever have, you won't have to sleep with your bra on, and you won't get horrendous back, boob and neck ache every time you jog or have a period. Stuff your bra or get chicken fillets it's a much better option

I agree with you about not wanting e cup on a small frame i wouldnt like it at all i do a lot of sport - but disagree about the chicken fillets god they look awful. Just learn to dress for your shape. I just wear clothes that fit me well and a nice water bra from penneys best 6 euro ive ever spent! Sure theres times i wish they were a little bit bigger (mostly because im a bit pear shaped and would love to be more balanced out) but id never consider surgery an option

B cup is perfect! you sound like a dainty little thing. I've a small frame too but cant do any sport without a level 4 shock absorber. Even walking down the stairs can be painful if I've no bra on. I'd willingly swap for a b cup. Also you have to wear very fitted clothes to avoid looking fat when a bigger size. I cant wear most clothes from places like urban outfitters, cos they dont design for the curvy figure.

I dunno.. I just dont get why you'd want to do this...

As I've already said, being proportinate is the most important thing. If you have a slightly larger rear but small boobs, bigger boobs will probably make you look better. If you have a small ass and huge boobs, it might not look so good.

Ah what am I saying... a firm little ass and big boobs are exactly what you want.

With all due respect to Zascar, I don't think you should really worry too much about that kind of an opinion about getting the perfect body, it's a bit offensive and it's much more important for you to be happy with your shape than to try and conform to the 'page 3 girl' sort of image that some guys expect all women to be. If having slightly bigger breasts makes you feel better than by all means do it, just saying it's really not all it's cracked up to be take that from someone who has them and would love smaller ones.

I too know a few girls who have very big boobs and hate them for the reason mentioned above, but the OP isn't going to do go a E or anything, just a C which is really nice, but you can't really call it huge...

I'm also planning on getting implants next year, I'm 25 and have been very unhappy with my breast size for years, I used to be a firm B cup(which was small for my frame) and went to a D cup while pregnant, I breast fed for a few months and now a year later I'm a saggy A cup and extremely unhappy about this. It's humiliating to say the least. I do look after my figure, go to the gym and eat healthily, but this is mainly to keep my bottom half in proportion with my boobs. If I put on weight it goes straight to my thighs and ass and my boobs stay as little as ever. I'm a size 8-10 on bottom, but at 5'10", I look better at a 10-12 on bottom only I can't cos I look so out of proportion. I'll be gettng the implants for myself and no-one else but myself. I want to be able to wear dresses ands nice halter neck tops and strapless tops, bikinis etc..But most of all I want to look normal and feminie and feel sexy. I'm only going up to a c cup.
The route I'll be taking is an appointment with my GP to see if she can refer my to a reputable private surgeon as it's not worht getting it cheaply done of an internet advertised company.

the only prob with going abroad is the aftercare needed after getting breast implants and should any problems arise you are having to fly back to poland.

I'm 27 and i'm getting mine done also. There really saggy after breastfeeding for a good number of years. Was thinking about going to south africa because their really good surgeons over there and much cheaper! But have decided that closer to home would be much better for the aftercare. going for a consulation in auralia in limerick at the end of month. Any one heard of them.:rolleyes:

I think if a lady genuinely wants to get new boobies for herself its grand. It could be the cinfidence boost shes always needed

Peopl will always say your perfect the way you are, but its different when you want surgery urself

theres little things that'd make a huge difference for me. I know i look fine, but i'll never be happy with some things, and fixin them would make me feel way more confident

If she could get confident with herself the way she is, she'd be a far happier person (and far more attractive I might add)

...sometimes its best to listen to other people; we tend to be far more critical of ourselves than other people are.

...either that or your insecurities will manifest themselves somewhere else. It's a quick fix and rarely solve the real problem.

I'm married , kids, and the dreaded saggy boobs with one of them uneven to top it off.

Before i got married I wore a 32B Bra during pregnancy i went up to a 34C then to a 34B my current size so I'm quite small chested which will make it more noticeable that their uneven.

When i was a 32B the nipples were further up on the breast now their down near the bottom, my husband says it just because their heavier now i was in the swimming pool the other day and I noticed that other women have much bigger breasts than me yet their nipples are in the centre.

I'm considering getting mine done as well, also going braless under clothes shows the uneveness of them, i would like them lifted up and firmer, to feel good and wear backless/shoulderless dresses.

I remember being able to go braless and not even know i was not wearing a bra now i feel every bounce

Breasts float in a swimming pool, and lots of swimming tones breasts right up, so maybe it's because those women swim that they are perkier?
