Where to get a cheap/good amp with optical in?

My brother has a dvd player with surround sound speakers etc and the player itself has optical in, so we can connect the xbox 360 etc to get surround sound. Anyways, seeing as the 360 plays dvds, aswell as my modded xbox, I dont need another dvd player for my bedroom. So im looking for recommendations for a cheap ;) but…
