Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think it is something similar, you have to just register the phone whether its an upgrade or new connection.

Registering online is the best way, sometimes it dosn't work in which case just email them or give them a call.

Also, if you're able to buy the phone online then you'd save yourself €10 as the phone is only €89 on their website.

I'm not sure but I think you get 20 euro less credit when you register offline.
