    The BCC has ruled (twice) against broadcast advertising for "psychic" phone services. Details are available on their website.

    The submissions suggest that the "psychic" industry will try to have the ban on "fortune telling and the like" removed from new guidelines which are now being drafted. They also seem rather proud that Comreg regards them as a legitimate part of the entertainment industry.
