Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My skin is not that bad, I get a few spots like evryone else, but I don't have bad acne or anything. The thing is that I pretty much always get them in the same place. One place especially is just below the side of my mouth. There is always a spot there, and when it goes it leaves a red mark, which would normally go away after a while but as I Keep getting spots there so I constantly have a blemish there. I can't avoid the temptation to pop it or pick at it either as its itchy and annoying. Also, a lot of the time when I get a spot I will get another spot in excactly the same place on the other side of my face. Is this common?

Also, quite recently I've been getting quite a few tiny white heads just year my hairline. I've never really got them before and they appear every few days at the moment. My diet hasn't really changed, last month I had been more stressed than usual, but not anymore, can this be a factor? I have fairly pale skin and don't spend a lot of time in the sun. When I lived in australia for a year I rarely got spots. I'm quite pale skinned so I thought about going on sunbeds once in a while.

I thought about going to the doctor and getting something for it, but my sister who is a health freak says, the doctor will noly give you antibiotics which mess up your system, no its just your diet, eat better and drink more water etc.

Just wanted to see if any ofd you guys have some better advice.
    Cheers

I used to get a breakout or the odd spot around my chin in college - if you rest your hand there - that causes them... if you find yourself with your hand against your face - Stop yourself cos that's what does it I find.... dunno apart from that, the hot weather might be making you sweat more slightly around your hairline and causing them but that's jus my guess, could be wrong...
