1 HDMI connection but more that 1 Device

Guys,
If your TV has only one HDMI connection and you have say 2 devices, is there an extender box or switch box which can be got or do u have to keep swapping?

Also is there a recommended HDMI cable to purchase do you think?

Yup you can but they arent cheap.

According to http://www.hdtvuk.tv/ there are a couple (including the 5->1 one on the front page)

I remember seeing reviews on them in there somewhere and I am too lazy to look for them

I got a 3/1 HDMI splitter from TMF a few months back, works fine, its autoswitching so you do not have to manually change which is handy, comes with a remote control if you do decide to switch manually.
No loss of sound/picture from what I've experienced.
