    As you saw before I bought this game some time back and cancelled it before I was billed as it was total cack.

    When cancelling I blanked out my visa card details.

    I got confirmation of my cancellation.

    Just got a mail today saying they are disabling my account as they attempted to take money off me and where unable to.

    Meaning that they didnt actually cancel your account until they tried to bill you for it. But since the credit card details were blanked out they couldnt?
