    I need to find the best solution (does not need to be the cheapest) for selling some industrial property overseas.

    Most Irish agents on the industrial side have ties abroad. CBRE, Savills, Atisreal, King Sturge, Lambert Smith Hampton, Jones Lang LaSalle are some that spring to mind.
