Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I have a strong interest and involvement in radio, so that's why i come here quite often. I'm not going to go elsewhere because you ask me.

    The reason I got involved in this thread in the first place was because of some really irrelevant remarks from some posters regarding 'culchie' 'bogger' 'local' stations.

    I don't think your slating of Ruth Scott has got anything to do with jealousy of her high profile position in music radio on a national level.. because if it was jealousy, you'd aspire to being in her position and possibly doing a better job. But, judging by some of your comments on here.. I don't believe you have any involvement or will have any involvement. I believe you are ignorant to the diffuculty of doing a job like hers on a daily basis and ignorant really to the industry as a whole.

    I asked for this thread to be closed because it has turned in to stupidness at this stage and posting a photograph of Ruth Scott has certainly got nothing to do, whatsoever, with her on-air ability.

    It's not up to me whether the Mods close the thread or not.. but those were my reasons.
