Possible problem with Avatar Upload

I uploaded an avatar for myself earlier, and after I clicked on the "upload" button, a page popped up that said: "Upload of file failed." But my avatar seems to have uploaded fine. Not sure if this is serious or not, but I just thought I should point it out :)
