Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vodafone only roaming

Was in Greece for hols and found a problem roaming using SE V600i with 3G Vodafone.ie sim
Everything works fine when I'm in a coverage area including 3G in some areas.
The problem is when I get out of Vodafone coverage area.
Other networks TIM and COSMOTE show up on the phone as "forbidden" so I have to go into Settings > Connectivity > Networks > Preferred Networks and enter the other non-Vodafone networks.
So I think problems solved ? -- NO
The next time I turn on the phone, the preferred list has returned to the default settings ( all Vodafone ? )
Couldn't get around it while on hols so when I got home last week contacted Vodafone and after explaining problem was told to turn off phone of 15mins that didn't work, was then told to go to Vodafone shop to have SIM and phone checked. Did that and after about a half hour of checking my SIM in other phones, other SIMs in my phone and calls to tech. support I'm told "that's the way the new SIMs are set up"

    Questions:
Has anyone else had this problem ?
Is it just on 3G ?
Is the default list only Vodafone ?
and if so is it fair ?

Vodafone I'm sure will say it's better to roam on a Vodafone network but what happens if you happen to be lucky enough to be on a Greek island with poor coverage ?

    Patrick
