    Hi,

    I'm about to enter into a partnership agreement with a business associate of mine and would like some advice. I have little or no real business experience and just want to be aware of any potential pitfalls. My associate is suggesting a 20/80 ownership and profit split (in his favour). Would this small percentage leave me vulnerable to forced buyouts or anything like that? As you can probably tell, I know very little about all of this.

    I'd greatly appreciate any advice anyone can give me. Cheers.
