eircom problems

    is anyone having problems on eircomn bb today im getting very slow net i cant even stream a youtube video it was slower last night but this is rediculous pings are varying from 25-1000ms-request timed out
    and a tracert is as follows www.jakkass.com/tracert.jpg

    is it just me or is everyone having problems?
    im on the 2 meg package

    Yup looking at my modems setting I've been knocked back to 512/256.
    I have no idea what's goin on.

    my modem is still
    2048/256 i just dont get speed

    1024/128 (kbps)
