Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Indeed, but since we're talking about CHelsea, the same thing applies

Yes but Chelsea are bordering on being the biggest club in Europe at the moment with only Barca ahead of them at the moment. 2/3 more seasons of success and a CL or two and they will certainly be up there anyway. You see what I am getting at anyway.

not sure how they are different exactly, but if anything the chelsea wage structures would destabilise the other clubs as their stars look for more cash or compare what they are getting to what they might get at chelsea (like A Cole).

At first, this was no doubt the case. Look at the Gerard situation.. However, common sense will kick in eventually and things seem to be settling down a bit. Plenty of players have seen what happened to Duff, SWP, Bridge etc etc and do not want to leave a club where they are playing week in week out just because Chelsea are offering a stupid amount of money.

TBH, the longer this goes on, the more big names will leave Chelsea for relatively small transfer fees. In effect, Roman is buying players at doube their value and then selling them on for half their value 3 years later. Might be good for the game :)
