    Restrictions : No support for Peer to Peer, Kazaa, Limewire or Gaming

    I would say the pings are woeful alright

    The website says that they use 2 way satellite for backhaul. It sounds like they plan to put satellite uplinks in towns where they can get enough users in a 2-4km line of sight catchment area to, and get them to share the satellite uplink.

    It might be a solution for web browsing (and just about nothing else), but at €36/month, you'd want to be pretty hard up.
