    After the FF / Blaneyites loveathon this week it seems the Donegal FF party was other than happy with head office.

    Bertie had a brilliant idea, send Dempsey down to mollify the Donegal FFers and preach unity and good FF vibes as an elder party thingymabob. Dunno what Dempsey actually said to them but Jim McDaid unretired himself on the spot after Noels appearance down there. :D

    FF now have 3 sitting TDs chasing 3 seats in the next election and the Letterkenny FFers are considering whether they will run an independent FFer if McDaid is not selected .

    Twould all be ultra OT were it not that it may adversely affect his performance as a minister .....going forward. <cough> and will dramatically affect his chances of ever getting a job off Bertie again. Noel is now a lame duck in his last cabinet ministry in my opinion .

    Either he will go quietly with much pathos and bathos or could make a spectacular announcement , what with an election coming up.

    Not a good week.
