Over on adverts >>linkee<< I have my beloved Peugeot racer for sale, not sure what I'll get for it but how would 100 sound if anyone was interested? Only selling cos I need the cash and I don't use it as much as I used to.

Oi you snob, there's nothing wrong with this. Would make a great basis for a cheap fixed wheel, which is the coolest form of two wheels on the planet, right now.

im no snob, but im not homeless either
that there bike is a clinker, a banger
call it what you will but it aint worth 100 euro
if its such a good bike why dont you buy it for 100

and who are you to define what the coolest bike is?

Well i do admit its not worth e100 but its not fit for the skip either.

If by spandex warrior you mean a virgin cyclist who insists on kitting himself in expensive lycra and bike but can't ride to save his life, well that's not me, i can assure you. I mean, why would i be arguing against the disposal of a perfectly good bike to a skip?

I'm not dictating what the coolest bike is, its just an opinion. Its allowed, y'know.

Gil, thanks for offer and I'll get back to you here if I don't have any luck elsewhere, I'd like to see it go to a good home which I think you could offer it.

Billy, you are obviously a muck savage, go away.

    No bother Ciaran,

I've no use for it at all - But I like to see older stuff that's been looked after have a comfortable retirement! :-)

    Cheers,

    Gil
