Hi all
This is it my dad past away and left me the house,Then there was
a court case over it witch was settled so i had to sell the house
to pay off the settlement.The agreement was to pay by the end of
may 06.The house was sold and the papers are signed.
Its july 31st and i rang the solicitor this morning and the receptionest told me the executor is to go in and sign some papers
but he has already done that and that is what i told her and could
not get any more information.
The settlement is still not settled.

I am truely lost,Any ideas please
