Anyone experience of the wholesale/retail clothing industry?

Does anyone have knowledge/experience of how this operates? I may have an opportunity to sell our range of t-shirts at www.sheepstealers.ie through a wholesale distributor to retail outlets. I have no experience of this industry. What would be a normal type of deal in this area. What should I expect?
