Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Intel has released security updates for its Centrino wireless chipset device drivers and its PROSet management software designed to guard against some serious security vulnerabilities.

Assistance on identifying the drivers required, and links to the drivers here: http://support.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/cs-005905.htm

Intel's announcement re: security issues: http://support.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-023068.htm

Security aside, I'd be interested in knowing whether these drivers impact on general performance (Either good or bad) - Thanks.

Is this the DMA memory read due for demo at blackhat?

I'm sure any link between Intel's releases and the BlackHat talks are purely coincidental. ;)
