Single room available in Waterford city in the city centre - 2 mins walk from College street campus. Rent is 55 euros a week. All mod cons - washer, dryer, 6 meg bb, sitting room, dining room, cable tv. Single room has wooden floors, double glazing, single bed, bedside locker, desk, office chair and wardrobe. Would be highly suitable for student as sharing with three responsible students in third and fourth year.
