Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    We can obtain a small one from revhellfire it went as noone was using it/knew about it, i can ask him again.


    What mod and mode would people want on it?

    Pick a few and i make a poll out fo it.

    MTA:SA or San Andreas Multiplayer?
    I'd reckon San Andreas Multiplayer until MTA SA Deathmatch was released for now, however its what the people want :)

    yes SA-MP has a Linux binary ran it once on a CentOS machine

    Edit: San Fierro Team Deathmatch in terms of gamemodes is class, i'd say it suits if we were gonna have a smaller server

    San Fierro TDM is in the default maps

    Lan Mode is for smoother sync if the server isnt around 100 players (as typical SA-MP are, a smaller one would be better with this lanmode on i think though), try this at first and if it gets laggy take it off.

    place that in config.cfg. Password obviously isnt **** (put whatever you want in there for admins)

    change the players to what is allowable though

    Do I need San Andreas to use the server? If so i'll have to get it for PC. Will there be a sort of GTA night everyone and a while?

    When I get SA do I just go into the multiplayer and enter in the info above and I am away?

    SA-MP is a mod you can download for free which uses SA to be a multiplayer game. all you need to do is download and install said mod and you're good to go :D

    just download SA-MP and practise on some other servers, then check back for the boards server which is, afaik, in the works ;)
