So I set myself as a server, I pass on the IP I get for myself from www.whatsmyip.org, I set my router to forward ports 9093 and 9094 to this machine, but when he connects he gets nothing!

I've tried setting it up with two players on my local network, typing in my local address, 192.168.x.x works fine, but typing in my internet IP address is getting me nowhere. I'm sure I have port forwarding set right, is there anything else i'm missing?
