Question about Cheque Payment for Digiweb ADSL

I signed up for the standard ADSL with digiweb under the cheque payment option, and I was wondering do they send me out a bill before they activate the account or what exactly happens with the payment? If someone can help me please(as in use this payment option) could they tell me?
