Speed Test

well got setup with my new bb provider was on the Eircom 2mb package now switched to a local cable provider Crossans heres a speed test i ran http://www.speedtest.net/result/37671610.png is this a good speed or not for the package im on?

9mb download speed, with no cap and for €40 a month?
