Came across two bad crashes today in the space of about 10 miles.
1st one obviously had just happened around 3pm - on the Kinsale side of Cork airport - car upside down in the ditch with a bicycle partly underneath it, hopefully the bike was on the roof and not from a cyclist.....
Then driving back that direction around 5pm the car (fiesta maybe) was just leaving on a tow truck and firebrigade was still there and two squad cars so it looks like they had to cut somebody out of the car maybe.
Going through Riverstick (less than ten miles down the road) got passed by an ambulance and came across another crash - looks like somebody ran into the back of another car on a straight bit of road - car was a mess and had kids in it.....hopefully nobody was seriously hurt in either crash, or worse.

Enought to send shivers down the spine and definately makes you more aware on the road and drive slower.....as the title says, let's be careful out there!

It's possibly the worst weekend of the year to be on the road.... If the trip ain't 200% necessary then don't bother, if it is - be bloody carefull, drive as if no-one else on the road has clue (Chances are, they haven't) :)
